Our Signatures

Ingredients: 50ml Gin Barnard, 50ml Chambord, 50ml Pineapple Juice and some raspberries.

1. Pour all ingredients (except the raspberries) into a Boston shaker with a good heap of ice.
2. Shake well to create the foamy layer.
3. Strain into a martini or coupe glass.
4. Top with fresh raspberries.

Ingredients: 30ml Gin Barnard, 30ml Campari, 30 Sweet Vermouth and an orange peel.

1. Combine all ingredients (except the orange peel) in a shaker or mixing glass, add lots of ice.
2. Stir to dilute and combine the mixture.
3. Strain into a crystal style glass, over 1 large ice ball (or a good helping of ice)
4. Top with an orange peel.


Ingredients: 25ml Gin Barnard, 50ml Barnard’s Plum & Blueberry Gin (or an alternate Sloe Gin), Lemonade or Ginger ale and lots of fruits.
Method:
1. In a large wine glass (with a big stem) add Gin Barnard & a Sloe gin
2. Add ice and lots of fresh fruit.
3. Top with lemonade or ginger ale.
